We take great care in packaging your keepsake, however if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of both the damage and the packaging so we can resolve this for you.
As each item is personalised, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
A care slip is included with every order, but to keep your chalkboard looking its best, we recommend cleaning it as soon as possible after use using a slightly damp cloth or antibacterial wipe.
Please avoid excessive moisture or rubbing.
If any residue remains after use, this is normal and should not be visible in photographs.
